Kicking off in the Red Centre, viewers’ are seeing the summer like conditions with blue skies against ochre-coloured sand - giving the perfect backdrop to take a dip in an outback swimming hole.

The week will culminate in the Top End, where the warm weather will be the star of the show along with Kakadu National Park on Thursday 1 September with Tim catching up with Kakadu Kitchen, as well as experience a Yellow Water cruise and a Rock Art Tour with Yibekka Tours.

The final live-cross will be on Friday 2 September when the Today Show team will reach Darwin.
