Summer starts early in the NT

Tourism NT's latest domestic marketing campaign, Summer starts early in the NT, aims to boost Territory tourism numbers in our typically quieter low season.

Australians that are fed up with the dreary winter weather and don’t want to fight the Christmas holiday crowds are being encouraged to look to the Northern Territory.

Tourism NT has partnered with Australian airlines, online travel retailers, travel agents and car hire companies for the tourism campaign which commenced on Sunday 17 June 2022.

TV and cinema ads, digital advertising, publicity and out of home advertising with real time weather report comparisons will inspire Australians to escape the polar blasts they are currently experiencing, escape the indoors and start their summer early, in the NT.

Early bird summer deals to the NT with campaign partners Virgin Australia, Webjet, Expedia, Travello, Holidays of Australia, Tripadvisor and Britz will deliver massive savings to consumers travelling from September 2022 to March 2023.
