Grants to Boost Accommodation Providers

Planning a Territory road trip is about to get simpler with hotels, motels, wayside inns and caravan parks now eligible to apply for funding to implement online booking platforms.
The Northern Territory Government has opened applications for the Accommodation Book Now grant program with a funding pool of $75,000.
This means tourism accommodation providers can apply for grants of up to $2500 with a $1 for $1 contribution required.
Applicants can use funding to implement an online booking system to integrate on their current website or create a website that features a booking system.
Tourism NT will organise training workshops and connect operators with online travel agents and trade partners once eligible operators have implemented their booking systems.
The Accommodation Book Now grant program closes on 1 December.
