Signature Dish Series promotes NT produce

Now in its second year, the 2019 Signature Dish Series has expanded from 20 to more than 50 Territory inspired dishes and drinks crafted by NT chefs and bartenders.
Territory seafood is a drawcard for visitors to the NT and features heavily in the 2019 Series.
Tasty selections include Beer Battered NT Barramundi with Nan Jim dressing from the Pine Creek Hotel, Pan roasted Scallops with NT Mud Crab from Crowne Plaza Lasseters Tali restaurant, or the variety of locally sourced fish dishes available from Snapper Rocks at the Darwin Waterfront.
Other Territory unique dishes include Cicada Lodge’s Melaleuca smoked brisket, Bourbon smoked Barramundi at Mindil Beach Casino Resort or a smoked Crocodile salad at Hilton Darwin.
The Signature Dish Series aims to raise the profile of Territory produce while showcasing that the NT is home to quality local food and drinks available in restaurants, pubs, clubs, food trucks and breweries.
From sharing the provenance of the food on their menu to assisting venues on how best to present their food and drink story, the Signature Dish Series will promote the promote the NT as a must-do holiday destination for foodies.
