All roads lead to the NT with latest tourism campaigns

Tourism NT's latest national tourism marketing campaigns were launched yesterday targeting Australians intending to travel domestically in 2023 with its latest Seek Different brand campaign and those wanting a driving holiday with its Road Trip Differently drive campaign.

The campaigns are in market across Australia running up to May 2023 with cinema, television and print advertising, in addition to promotions on social, digital, search and You Tube channels.


 

A road trip in the Northern Territory is different to any other. It allows holidaymakers to reconnect, while exploring some of Australia’s most incredible natural wonders. Travellers can experience ancient culture first-hand, take their pick of adventure activities and watch the days roll from burning sunsets into clear starry nights. 

Primarily targeting domestic 18+ travel intenders as well as those who are interested in road trips and adventure. The drive advertising will also target a secondary audience of families, breaking down the barriers typically associated with undertaking an NT road trip with kids.

To extend the messaging and keep the NT top of mind for all Australians, the NT will feature in the premiere and second episode of Adam & Poh’s Great Australian Bites set to air on SBS TV later this year. The first episode will see the much-loved Australian food personalities drive across the Red Centre, while the second episode will feature a drive adventure in the Top End – highlighting Darwin surrounds and Kakadu.

Tourism NT will also host a number of familiarisation tours of the NT with key national drive media including RM Williams Magazine, Caravan World, The Wanderer, Australian Geographic, We Are Explorers and more.

Travel influencers @nas_adventures will also be sharing their highlights of an NT road trip with their followers. For those who show an interest in visiting the NT, the campaigns will retarget these audiences with travel packages and deals from Flight Centre, Holidays of Australia, Go See and Discovery Parks.
