Free workshops will be held in November across the Territory to help tourism businesses increase their competitiveness.
The Tourism Kickstart Workshops are a part of the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science Entrepreneur's Programme.
Participants will learn how to grow their business profile and sales via engaging in-tourism trade partnerships, increase the competitiveness of their tourism products and the quality of visitor experiences.
The workshops will also educate businesses on how to gain the ‘tick of approval’ from the Australian Tourism Accreditation Programme as well as organisations, programs and tools available to support tourism businesses in the NT.
The workshops will be held from 13-16 November in Tennant Creek, Katherine, Jabiru and Batchelor.
